• While we strive for the best results, Zoe Lawns is not responsible for damage due to external factors (weather, improper aftercare, pests, etc.).
• Clients must follow all aftercare guidelines to maintain the health of sod and landscaping work.
• Any issues must be reported within 7 days of service completion for possible adjustments.

3. Property Access & Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide access to the property on the scheduled service date.
• Any obstacles or delays caused by the client may result in additional charges.

4. Changes to Services
